On the second Thursday of each month a group of men and women meet at the Lonesum Pine (4441 W Old Lockhart Rd Muldoon, TX) to participate in some kind of woodworking endeavor. They make bunk beds, tables, chairs, storage units, large wooden dominos, as well as repairing used school desks and other items.

     Those involved start at 9:00a.m., break for juice and cookies around 10:30 a.m., lunch is at 12:00p.m. After lunch some go home, others stay and work until approximately 3:00p.m.     

     You do not need to be handy with power tools as there are plenty of other things that need to be done as well as operating the power equipment.
